The room was a Junior Suite. The room included a fridge and a walk-in wardrobe. A cleaning man kept the room clean (his name was Tarique, I think).

I needed a kettle but I had to pay for it.

the beach had a beautiful snorkeling area. i observed abundant marine life. the sandy area was good for swimming. the staff, especially ereen, was kind and helpful.

the food at the late arrival lunch looked like leftovers. it seemed unappealing. i noticed dry bread and cheese with leftover salad. the key to my room would not work so i waited for assistance.

i had a spacious junior suite with a lovely balcony overlooking the water slides and the pool. daily cleaners kept THE room clean with fresh towels. the hotel also replenished our drinking water supply when used.

the food in the buffet was repetitive , since i am vegetarian. the hotel should label the food clearly , showing vegan and vegetarian options. the service was bad , if you did not tip.

the tv did not work . staff did not seem concerned about this issue. juices tasted watered down at the buffet, and the carbonated drinks were flat. i paid extra for wifi in the room. but it was slow and disconnected frequently, the wi-fi was very bad!

i was disappointed by the rushed service at the a la carte restaurants. the food was cold upon arrival. furthermore, basic amenities were lacking, such as soap in the reception gents toilets despite reporting it.

The breakfast lacked variety. It was difficult to find options to satisfy everyone in my family. fresh orange juice required an extra fee. salespeople persistently offered trips and spa services, disrupting relaxation.
